Do you feel stressed out? Yoga can help! Here are three yoga poses that are especially helpful in relieving stress. The first is Child’s Pose, which is a calming pose that helps to stretch the lower back and hips. The second is Downward Dog, which helps to stretch the hamstrings and calves while also providing a good workout for the arms. The third is Corpse Pose, which is a resting pose that allows the body and mind to relax completely.

Child’s Pose:

1. Start on all fours with your hands and knees shoulder-width apart.

2. As you exhale, slowly lower your buttocks back toward your heels and stretch your arms out in front of you.

3. Rest your forehead on the floor, and let your whole body relax.

4. Hold for 1-5 minutes, then slowly return to all fours and press back up to start position.

Downward Dog:

1. Start on all fours with your hands and knees shoulder-width apart.

2. As you exhale, lift your knees off the floor and straighten your legs, coming into an upside-down “V” position.

3. Keep your arms straight and press your heels back toward the floor.

4. Hold for 1-5 minutes, then return to all fours and press back up to start position.

Child’s Pose:

1. Lie on your back on the floor with your legs and arms outstretched.

2. Close your eyes and let your whole body relax.

3. Breathe deeply and slowly for 1-5 minutes.

4. To come out of the pose, slowly roll to one side and press up to a sitting position.
